Delivery Information

We are a Wellington based, family business and can do some local deliveries in the Porirua and Hutt Valley area’s free of charge. 

We do allow pickups at meeting points in metro Porirua, Upper and Lower Hutt and Wellington Central.

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, and cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses which have been supplied, or non-delivery due to addresses without safe access. 

For all other deliveries across New Zealand, we use a delivery company.  We pack each gift box as tightly as possible to minimize movement during the transportation process.  We also, include “fragile” and “this way up” stickers on each box. 


  • Certain pickup locations in metro Porirua, Hutt Valley and Central Wellington - Free by negotiation only.
  • Other Wellington areas - $10.00
  • North Island Delivery - $15.00
  • South Island Delivery - $20.00
  • North Island Rural - $25.00
  • South Island Rural - $25.00


Please understand sometimes there may be courier delays which outside of our control.  Please allow 1-2 working days for Pink Trunk to dispatch your order over and above the shipping time.

Please note that while we will do everything possible to ensure a gift arrives on time, we cannot guarantee arrival on a particular date as delays can happen with couriers. 

North Island: 1-3 working days estimate only.
South Island: 2-4 working days estimate only. 

Rural Delivery: Please allow an additional 1-3 working days for delivery on top of the above time frames.

Due to the nature of our gift boxes, all parcels are sent with a 'signature required'. This means that someone must be home to sign for the parcel. If no one is home, the courier will leave a card to call to let the receiver know they have missed a parcel. They can use this card to get the parcel redelivered or redirected at a convenient time.


If your gift box has been damaged during the transportation process, this must be reported within 24 hours.  Please send us an email ( with your order number and a photograph of how the gift box was received.  This is so we can make a claim on your behalf with the courier company, we will do everything that we can to resolve the situation.


All no-delivery’s must be reported within 7 days from date of dispatch.  We can make a claim on your behalf and do everything we can to resolve the situation.
